TITLE: Introduction of the super-resolution imaging techniques
The resolution of traditional optical imaging system is limited by the diffraction limit. In the past few decades, a number of methods have been proposed to overcome the diffraction limit, e.g. two-photon microscopy, stimulated emission depletion, structured illumination microscopy, centroid-based technique and material-based lenses. In this talk, i would like to introduce these techniques and compare their advantages and disadvantages.
